« The cottage and the entire property are beautiful and well maintained. The staff is very courteous and accommodating. The cottage is fully stocked with everything a guest may require. Un jardin et un parc avec jeux pour enfants sont attenants à l'arrière. Le petit déjeuner est excellent et le personnel très sympathique. A savoir tout de même : la chambre avec les lits jumeaux est côté route donc un peu bruyante, et la salle de bain n'y est pas directement attenante (même si elle reste privée, et l'hôtel met à disposition des peignoirs pour vous y...

« It is a beautiful luxurious hotel with a superb spa. Rooms were nice and bedding very comfortable. Grey's restaurant food is average and very limited choice and overhyped but breakfast was excellent. The biggest surprise on checking out was that they charged 10% service charge on the whole bill including the room charge that was prepaid on Hotels.com. There was no warning and left a bitter taste. »

Lower Slaughters is the best place in the Cotswolds, and the Country Inn atmosphere and staff have further contributed to our very relaxing stay there. « Superb hotel, I would give it 10 out of 5 stars ! Food is superb. Fluffy towels, very comfortable beds with super linens. Staff so so helpful. Breakfast was fabulous and the spa is outstanding. Location is just beautiful, with gorgeous views and walks. Thank you for such a wonderful stay. »

« The bedrooms have good facilities which adds to comfort, ie comfortable bed, Roberts radio, iron and ironing board, cafetière for your coffee as well as choice of teas. Large bathroom with good shower which was powerful and hot. We had dinner at the hotel and even though the food was okay, the service was slow. The staff were very apologetic but there were large parties in for dining and there are not enough waiting staff to cope. »
