'There is an enormous lack of maintenance for the building, estate, garden. Outside swimming pool. Only some rooms have been renovated. The floors in the hotel are uneven everywhere, so that the beds are standing skewly on the floor which causes a very bad and unhealthy nightrest. This hotelis not worththe money we paid: nearly 200 eur per night for 2 adults and 1 child. The personnel is very kind, always ready to help and doing everything they can to make customers satisfied. '

'This property is not for the posh people but for the down to earth people it was cheap and cheerful but totally acceptable for me it’s close to the beach and the number 12 bus route slightly longer walk to the town centre but easy doable… I would have no problem staying there again '

'Chose this Hotel as a base for visiting an old friend. The hotel is spotless and the service goes above and beyond. The parking at the rear is tight but there is additional free parking nearby. The breakfast choice was extensive and delicious. The hotel is convenient for seeing Torquay, being within an easy walk of the town centre and harbour. Certainly a place we will return to and can recommend unreservedly.'

'Absolutely wonderful hotel. From check-in with Kyla to check out, everything was fab. Spotlessly clean in all areas. Had 2 Signature Suite rooms Aquamarine and Azzuro. Overlooking the pool area at front of hotel. Spacious and lovely. Breakfast was cooked to order from a menu in your room (pre order night before) and was stunning. Bar and pool area was lovely to sit and have a drink when returning from your day out and before going out in the evening. Can't describe how lovely this Hotel...
