'We stayed a few nights in this one bedroom villa. The little courtyards were great for our dogs. The premises were clean and well equipped. We had problems with the hot water system, maybe there was a knack to it that we didn't have. Garrick was responsive to messages and very helpful. Would definitely stay here again.'

'Lots of light, lovely unit with comfortable furniture we really enjoyed staying in. Location couldn't be better, on the canals where we watched dolphins and swans, easy walking to cafes and restaurants. Prospective guests need to know there are lots of stairs to navigate and bathroom is small. Minor inconveniences compared to the airiness and general amenity of the unit.'

'We were three adults and one 6 year old child and enjoyed our stay in this cosy flat, especially the balcony with a wonderful view at the Canning River. The property is close to a 24/7 grocery shop, restaurants and is a short walk to public transport to either Perth or Fremantle. Jim, the owner, is very friendly.'

'Check in was super easy with a friendly welcome and lots of helpful information about the local area. The unit is lovely, very large and clean, and perfect for self catering. We especially loved the close proximity to the golf course and beachside walking path. This was a perfect Albany holiday stay.'

'Fantastic location. Nice unit, aesthetically pretty. But it needs a deep clean. Really filthy toilet brush in main bathroom like so gross, calcium build up in the showers and show heads, dirty cups, broken outdoor chairs (they looked fine but when you touch the arms of the chairs they came off because the nails have worn and corroded overtime), dryer didn't work, the basin in the main bathroom is so old and it has also corraded and if you touch or lean on it it falls/tips over as it's no longer...

'We had a wonderful time in Broome. Mark and Debbie's accommodation is perfect for families. Spacious, modern and great for lounging around after a day at Cable Beach. We will recommend this accommodation to our friends and family.'
