'Owners must renovate the property. It is old and dated. Its the staff that saves them. Absolutely no watersports activities and sand not raked daily by watersports staff. Rooms need updating and have no fridge. I didn't see an ice machine on my floor nor was there any ice bucket...No complimentary bottle especially when it is known that the people on the island don't drink the water from the pipes, they drink bottled water. But again, its the staff that saves them.'

'The Atlantis Resort in the Bahamas is a beautiful place. There are so many things to do within the resort that you don't need to leave resort to have fun. The dining options are great. My dad and I spent a lot of time lounging around the pool area and eating at the Shake Shack, which by the way the food and service was really good. I will return again to the Atlantis in the future. It was such a fun place to be at. '

'Een dikke week hier verbleven. Op zich prima hotel. Alleen personeel is super ongemotiveerd. Zijn niet behulpzaam en allemaal liever lui dan behulpzaam. 4 keer geen handdoeken in de badkamer na schoonmaak. Iedere dag geen lepels op tafel. Moeilijk om restaurant te boeken. Altijd vol of de des treffen de persoon moet aanwezig. Klantvriendelijkheid is echt verschrikkelijk '

'Enjoyed our stay very much. Stayed in the two bedroom coral suite at the reef. Everything was fantastic except for when departing for our excursion and being stripped of our towels. Maybe come up with a system to track towels leaving the property or at least give some forewarning. I was tempted to leave a negative review but the entirety of the stay made up for this one inconvenience.'

'I think this might be my new favorite place. It was absolutely wonderful. The beach is beautiful, with so many seating options. I stayed at one of the beds with matrassen overlooking the ocean, reading my books. All day long. The lagoon was beautiful as well and I didn’t go in the pool but it’s great it’s there. 'Staff which tried to be funny, but who made us feel really uncomfortable. The property is built up a hill which makes it inconvenient to walk anywhere. They have their own taxi, but are not able to plan. We changed our schedule for the taxi in line with their availability. They announced different prices for the ride twice and finally reserved a taxi which was more than 2 times more expensive than announced. Don’t expect anything complementary, even for the small bottles of water in the room...
