'The lobby looks good, but don't let it fool you. Our room looked old and worn out and was very cold. It din't warm up even after turning on the heating ( it was 93 degrees outside) The sheets were damp and the smell of mold kept me up all night. When we checked out a day early, the receptionist didn't ask why the only thing she asked was, if I was aware of the early check-out penalty! I was very dissapointed with this hotel, had high hopes for it when I booked it.'

'The place was in a beautiful environment. Due to a water-pipe problem we had to move twice. The hotel employees tried to help us as best as possible in all this. Something we can really appreciate. 'This is a perfect boutique motel/hotel with (2) small pools that had a bin full of floats for the kids. Its right next to the W hotel which has some great restaurants within 3 minute walk. "We booked this hotel after a shopping day in the Sawgrass Mill Mall. It's just a few minutes drive away, so the location was really ideal. The hotel is a bit older, but clean. Room was spacious and had all necessary comfort. Unfortunately, there was a lot noice in the hallway in the evening. The breakfast was basic, but ok."
