'When was the last time you forgot an item at a hotel, went back to hoping to retrieve it, and found that the staff not only retrieved it and saved it for you but wrapped it up in a package? When was the last time a hotel manager bent over backwards to straighten out an error or omission that wasn't their fault? We received outstanding service from Connor, especially, and that BOB approach was extended throughout the hotel. Truly, outstanding customer service at this hotel!'

'We got the recommendation from friends. If you want to stay in Estes Park, have a great view of the place and the real historic feeling, you've got to stay at the Grags Lodge. So we did. The hotel is up a steep and winding road, The parking is reserved for guests. The Grags Lodge is an historic building and that gives it the special feeling of times long gone. 'One of the best places I have stayed at! The staff was so hospitable and helpful, they provided us with very useful information of where to go and best things to do around. The property is incredibly beautiful and it’s worth the money.. rooms are clean, they have breakfast and laundry on site for just $3 per load! Im super happy with my choice and would definitely recommend this place if you want a pleasant stay.. and definitely coming back here again! '
