Villa's in Sperlonga

'Deze woning is ons 100% meegevallen. Een supermooi uitzicht met een knap zwembad. De stad Terracina is bijzonder gezellig en je kan interessante uitstappen maken naar Rome, Pompeii, Sperlonga enz. In de buurt is er ook een hoogteparcours wat zeker een aanrader is. Kortom, dit huis voldeed aan al onze verwachtingen. Wim(Belgium) '

'Der Besitzer ist sympathisch u hilfsbereit. Die Kommunikation ist unproblematisch. Die Umgebung ist ruhig u das Haus ist schön für eine Familie mit Kids u Hundchen, auch nicht weiter vom Wasser weg. Es gibt vielen Supermärkte in der Nähe. Wir haben eine wunderschöne Woche dort verbracht.'

'We loved our stay. Giancarlo gave us very good support upfront, and he’s always reachable. The fully equipped property was perfect for our family of four. Our children lloved the garden with lemon tree and the bicycles that are available for the guests. '

'We hadden met de familie (6 volwassenen en 2 kinderen van 2 en 4 jaar) een fijn verblijf. Omdat elk huisje slechts 1 slaapkamer heeft, is het niet geschikt om er te verblijven met kleine kinderen (slapen in de living). Voor een familie met oudere kinderen of verschillende koppels is het ideaal. Het huis ligt heel afgelegen in de bergen, enkel bereikbaar via een kleine kronkelweg (15 minuten tot aan de kust) maar dit geeft dan een geweldig uitzicht. Een groot minpunt vonden we de netheid. 'Top, huis is goed uitgerust, veel ruimte ook voor grotere groepen. Prima snel contact met eigenaar ter plaatse'

'Das Haus ist genau wie beschrieben. Absolut sauber, modern und mit wirklich ALLEM ausgestattet was man braucht. Kommunikation mit dem sehr netten Vermieter war reibungslos. Ein kleines Problem wurde sofort gelöst. Es wurde sogar ein Kinderbett zur Verfügung gestellt obwohl dies nicht in der Anzeige stand. Ich würde das Haus sofort wieder mieten.'

'Abseits vom Trubel ein kleines Paradies, Schirmpinien und Korkeichen im Garten, familiär und nicht zu perfekt. Wir haben es genossen.'

'Ein sehr privates ruhiges Plätzchen inmitten der Natur mit allem, was man braucht, umgeben von ausgesprochen freundlichen Gastgebern. Man benötigt das Auto zum Strand und auch zum Einkaufen. Aber der Weg dorthin über Serpentinen mit phantastischem Meerblick lohnte sich an jedem Tag.'

'Siamo stati 15 giorni con la mia famiglia. Per chi ama il Circeo questa villa è incantevole. La posizione a 300 metri dal mare, super spaziosa, una cucina grande e attrezzata. Infine uno splendido parco che circonda la proprietà. La casa è arredata con cura, il che lo rende un posto da vivere e rispettare. Padroni di casa gentilissimi e super disponibili. Torneremo sicuramente , scelta top.'

'Struttura ideale soprattutto per famiglie, appartamenti dotati di tutto il necessario, posizionata in una via silenziosa e tranquilla a 10 min a piedi dalla spiaggia convenzionata e dal centro città con negozi e ristoranti.. è la seconda volta che soggiorniamo e torneremo sicuramente.. mare di sperlonga sempre stupendo!! 'The apartment was ok but we were disappointed with the cleanliness of the glasses and cutlery. The smell was also musty and having a family above was loud. The property was beautiful and so was the pool. The town of sperlonga is incredible '
