'Vom Haus hat man einen herrlichen Blick auf den Golf von Neapel und den Vesuv. Den Blick kan man vom schönen Garten oder der Terasse im 1. Stock geniessen. Das Haus innen ist schön und geräumig. Leider hat das Haus etwas Probleme nit Feuchtigkeit. Parkplat ist am Strassenrand. Ist kein Problem, sollte man aber wissen. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr geniossen.'

'Beautiful place - an unbelievable view from every space on the property. The property description is accurate. The outside space is incredible - so many places to hang out. Sara and Pepe are very accommodating and an adorable couple! Be warned - it is a very long and steep way up to the villa. 'I was so very pleased with how beautiful and well-designed the Villa was with its two lovely flower filled terraces looking out on the olive groves, the sea and the beach below. The kitchen was thoughtfully stocked with food and wine for both breakfast and delicious antipasti which we enjoyed at the table outside. The bedrooms were very charming and each had its own very nice bathroom. The Villa was cleaned often and was in wonderful condition with a hundred thoughtful touches for our comfort....

'The property was luxurious in every way. Perfect location (minutes walk to downtown Sorrento). Bedrooms all had King beds and most had great views. The grounds and pool were meticulously maintained. 'The location is stunning with a view over Sorrento downtown, Bay of Naples and Vesuvius. The road to get to the house is narrow and steep as it is shown by the owner but we enjoyed it. 'Our cottage was right above the theater and visitors thought the route to our cottage was the route to the theater. This was a bit annoying. The janitor tried to solve it for us by putting up a sign but that was not completely effective. At one point it rained with a thunder storm and at that point the power went out. It was not noticed and was fixed after we reported it (we waited til next morning due to the weather). The cottage itself is pretty small but has everything you need to get by....

The only 2 comments is that if arriving early, make special arrangements as the property management co name is not on the directory of the building so we were not sure where to go.
