'It's located in a nice and quiet area. It takes only a few minutes walk to the subway station. My room was clean and staff was helpful. A washing machine was inside my room which was great as I compared it with my stay in Kyoto where I had to take chance to see if it was available or occupied by other guests. I also had a coffee maker with daily compliment coffee capsule which I enjoyed very much. '

'This place is great. The staff helped us ship our luggage to our next hotel. They were the most lovely people; I can't praise them enough. The location is awesome, walking distance to everything in Minato Mirai, Bashamichi stop on the MM line outside the door, and a Lincos grocery store next door. The view from the hotel lobby is the best in the area. The room is well equipped, with a washer/dryer, frig, and everything to dine in the room. The breakfast was pricey, but filling and delicious...
