'5 Stars across the board. Landlord communication was great, checking in on us upon arrival and after the first night. Loved the basket of snacks! Property is walkable to downtown (if you can handle a big hill). Easy access to the highway and downtown. Will Rent again next time we are in town!'

'Starting with the good. It is very close to several bars and shops. Communication with the manager was efficient. Kitchen was clean and was provided 2 bottled flavored waters and some chips upon arrival. TV and internet worked. Parking was easy to get in and out. The garden area was nice where the grills were. Everyone seemed really friendly. We didn’t feel unsafe. Now for the bad. As soon as you walk into the apartment complex, the whole place smells of urine and the carpet is black instead of...

'Perfect location to stay and walking distance to lots of restaurants and bars. 4 minutes to the hwy, and easy to get around the area. Our purpose for the stay was the close proximity to several of the snow ski areas (Hyland Hills, Buck Hill, and Afton Alps). The place had all the kitchen accessories that we needed. We really enjoyed our stay'

'We had a great weekend in MSP at this location. Hunter was a great host. Very easy, convenient location to shopping and downtown access. Quiet neighborhood, didn't even realize there was a dog next door except we saw his cute face in the window as we came and went. Would definitely stay here again!'

'We had a very good experience with this rental. Parking was easy. Great well stocked kitchen for those who love to cook and we do a lot of cooking. Neighborhood offers a lot of shopping, restaurants and other things to see. Everything is easily walkable with the skyway entrance just 2 1/2 blocks away. Communication with the hosts was a 10 out of 10. Highly recommended this space for a longer stay.'

'great facility! very clean. Being old folks maybe we werent as hip to accessing the property as others might be. So a bit more specific info on access and door locks would have been helpful. There also was an issue on day 1 accessing the parking garage, but management eventually fixed it. Loved the interior design and use of space.'

'This home had plenty of space, and it was clean! The neighborhood was very nice as well! We are thankful for the convenience of the washer, dryer, iron & steamer for graduation preparation. We appreciated using the garage to stage & pack the dorm boxes. The proximity of this home to food, gas, & the college was helpful. Beautiful home! Thank you!'

'Clean and has everything we need! Breakfast is okay, nothing much to eat. Downside is no housekeeping daily so we out of toilet papers! Otherwise the price is good! Didnt see any bugs or roach!!! Will stay again. Building is newly updated. '
