'Excellent location and a lovely property. had initial hiccup with the Nuki app but got the timely help. A bit noisy in the night but that’s expected as the property is in the town centre. Parking available at 5 minutes walk which costed £20 for a day. would have been £15 if we had used the parking app which we didn’t know about. Need to have the phone on charge all the time and data for Bluetooth as the entry into the property depends on this. Would definitely visit again'

José was again a gem of a host for our second visit. José was so helpful with travel information and even parked his car nearby so we could access his garage on site. 'There was a terrible set of instructions on how to get to the property with 3 addresses none of which were accurate. When we finally opened the door there is an “aroma de drains”. There was no coffee machine, toilet paper refuse sacks or wine glasses. The toaster tripped the main fuse. The pool is closed until mid June. The apartment is opposite the pool and garden maintenance area, so plenty noise. On the plus side? Fabulous location Excellent bus routes to town and Cadiz Good restaurants...

'This apartment is very nice, perfectly located, and better than advertised. We recommend parking in the underground garage across the main road along the coast. It's very close and much easier than looking for on street parking as (like most European cities) the streets are narrow and crowded. The host is very pleasant and responsive. Would highly recommend.'

'Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung von Veronika sehr genossen. Veronika war stets hilfsbereit und interessiert. Das Appartement ist zauberhaft und die Terasse grosszügig mit einem tollen Blick in den Garten. Die Strände in und in der Nähe von Conil sind sagenhaft. Und auch kuturelle Möglichkeiten gibt es nicht zu knapp. Vielen Dank für alles.'

'Nous avons beaucoup aimé cet appartement, surtout sa terrasse. L'hôte nous a très bien accueilli et nous a fourni beaucoup d'informations sur la ville et la région. Par contre, le stationnement gratuit cause problème. Par chance, il y a beaucoup de stationnement payant. Je recommande sans hésitation ce logement. ,'

'Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in der Unterkunft. Es gibt zwei Dachterassen und viel Platz draussen. Die Heizung hat uns im März gut gewärmt. Gutes Internet gab es auch. Wir waren etwas überrascht, dass wir zusätzlich und vorab noch einen Mietvertrag unterschrieben sollten. Wir sollten die Status quittieren, waren aber leider noch in Deutschland. Der Prozess ist etwas eigenartig, aber wir haben uns dann einigen können (daher ein Punkt Abzug). Ansonsten war es ein toller Aufenthalt!'

'El apartamento es muy cómodo: 2 hab amplias y 2 cuartos de baño, A.A. centralizado y una terraza enorme con un toldo; aparte de la piscina de agua salada y una plaza de aparcamiento subterránea. Está a 700 m de la playa (8 min) si te vas por el camino entre los hoteles, y a 10 min de la zona de bares del pueblo, andando por supuesto. Totalmente recomendable si quieres disfrutar de unos días en la playa de Conil.'

'Everything went well with the stay. Communication with the property manager was excellent. Directions through Whatsapp and google maps spot on. The location superb, the property was clean and as described. With the management available for help if needed. The rest was down to Cadiz. Which for many Britons is an unknown gem. It's just a great place to stay.'

'This is a hotel in an old building that has been thoughly renovated. Easy walk to ships and central but in a Spanish area not a tourist area. About five tapas bars within one block walk. About two blocks to ocean front walk. The unit we had for six weeks was a one bedroom apartment. Kitchen facilities very small, but good shower and bed. I really liked this place.'
