'Right on the edge of downtown Rockport and a very short walk to the waters edge where there is a concrete breakwater structure to fish along a channel with good fish movement. I was not in Rockport for any of the seasonal many events. I was there to do maintenance work on a boat I store near Rockport and needed a place to lay my head. I was pleasantly surprised by the room accommodations, the cleanliness, the friendliness and the location. This little jewel is a great value! I highly recommend...

'Very nice, however the beds were uncomfortable. Queen in master was like sleeping in a valley. Double bunk seemed smaller than a double for the couple in the room. Will need to opt for nothing less than queens or king size beds in future. also, should mention there is a one cup Keurig in kitchen which was great, but not mentioned in original write-up.'
