'What a great spot to enjoy Capri. We felt safe and though there were a few stairs, my limited mobility wife had as much fun as anyone! We’d love to come back!'

'Kitchen equipment for cooking was at an absolute minimum, but manageable. Dishwasher didn't work properly, which was annoying. Apart form this, the house was small but lovely and comfortable. The terrace was amazing, spacious and with a stunning view.'

'First, Ettore has been incredibly helpful, the nicest owner we have ever dealt with. He was always accessible and would go over and beyond to provide suggestions and answers to any questions we would have. He was also very helpful in directing us to the house and then setting up a drive back to the ferry. The property itself is incredible. Beautiful yard with a pool, tables, benches, etc. Home is very clean and very cozy. The area is very quiet and peaceful, walking distance to Anacapri....

'The villa is spacious and has a beautiful view of the harbor. We enjoyed the outdoor patio for morning coffee/breakfast, watching the boats coming and going. The hot tub was relaxing too. A special recognition for the hostess, Isabella. She makes sure you have everything and treats you like she’s known you for some time. We planned a private birthday dinner with Isabella; she and her friend cooked a wonderful Italian meal. A great experience. Highly recommend!!'

'Immobile nel complesso molto gradevole con alcuni punti di forza e qualche debolezza. Direttamente affacciata sul porto (non solo turistico come non correttamente riferito), risente dei rumori propri di un porto molto frequentato anche da traghetti ed imbarcazioni varie. 'The outside was very nice. View was lovely and plunge pool very nice. Inside was clean but ants kept climbing up the walls. The biggest issue was meeting the girl to get the keys. I was told by the owner she could arrange transfers, a chef or anything else we wanted. I contacted her prior to arrival and she promised a driver. No one was at the dock to meet us. 'A stunning property with large terrace and pool, overlooking the Faraglioni, near Marina Piccola. The villa is walkable but bear in mind that Capri walkways are full of stairs and narrow roads, so plan accordingly and pack light. The property manager Luca was extremely responsive and helpful during our stay... making dinner reservations, booking taxis for us, and making suggestions for the area. Absolutely loved Capri!'

'Fantastic accommodations. I’ll never stay at a hotel in Capri again. We had 3 families with 6 adults and 7 children and had MORE than enough space. Individual bathrooms in every bedroom. Generous outdoor space overlooking the water and a very short walk to Capri Town center. The house is obviously older as most everything in Capri is but EVERYTHING was in working order and the one small problem we had with one of the toilets was fixed within an hour of the text message. 'The location was central that was the only thing I liked. I had an apartment on the ground floor, it was way too dark inside, the lights inside the apartment where to shiny... Soo it was either too dark or the feeling that you were in a showroom. They really should use some other lights to make your feel comfortable in the room.
