Maurizio was very helpful through the whole booking and checkin process giving us specific guideance to arrive at the loft as well as help with places to eat and visit while there. Dikke muren, spannende nisjes, de natuurstenen trap en de werkelijk geweldige uitzichten laten je voelen als een kasteelheer in de middeleeuwen. 'Hotel vlak bij centrum Pienza (1 min lopen). Prima hotel op alle vlakken echter het zwembad was in het midden van veel bouwactiviteiten erom heen. Geen aankleding, geen parasols (bij 38 graden), compleet sfeerloos en gedomineerd door de bouwactiviteiten links en rechts ernaast. Te duur voor de huidige staat van activiteiten en dit zou op zijn minst vermeld moeten worden. Dit was langdurig, niet tijdelijk. '
