'My fiancé and I had a quiet ski weekend stay at this cozy cabin. Our flight to CO got significantly delayed so we didn't end up arriving to the cabin until 3 in the morning. Thankfully check in was so smooth and the bed set up was quick. It got a little cold at night but the next day we used the fireplace and one log kept us warm. Location can't be beat! Short walk to the lift and at the end of the day we skied right up to the back of the condo.'

'We loved staying at Beaver Run! The amenities are awesome and the ski in/ski out is perfect. The ski lockers in bldg 4 (where this condo is) are literally just a few feet from the slope and the Beaver Run lift to the top of Peak 9. This condo was perfect for us. Plenty of room for a family (mom and 2 kids). The kitchen is small, but had everything we needed to cook full breakfasts and dinners. My only critique would be the low quality bathroom kit (enough for one person to shower once) and the towels should be upgraded (they are pretty rough). 'The condo is small and basic but who goes to Breckenridge to stay inside? Very close to so many running/hiking/biking trails. Close to downtown. Easy access with the underground parking garage. There were some signs the condo wasn’t thoroughly cleaned, though. Candy wrappers under the bed, dead flies or bees in the carpet, the pillows didn’t have big enough cases and they were grungy. But overall it was fine for a short stay.'

'We had a great experience. The room is exactly as photographed. It is essentially in a hotel. The lift is literally right out back. The communication was instant, which is good. My only issue was the parking. We rented a vehicle because the listing states that parking is available. It does not say parking is not guaranteed. So we parked at a near by lot for $20/night (the ice rink lot). you are able to leave the car there for up to 14 days. However, I wish they stated in the actual listing...

'I wanted a TRUE ski in/out location. YES this was! I liked the 2 separate locations of Bathrooms to prepare for day. One had toilet and the other shower/tub. Both with sinks!
