It has views of the cobble-stoned village on one side and sweeping views of the Tuscan countryside on the other. Jaw-dropping beauty! 'Giorgio's apartment was amazing! Very clean and comfortable and close to everything in town - and amazing view from the kitchen window! Giorgio was an excellent host and gave clear instructions on where to park and also his recommended restaurants in town. One of our best evenings and meals was at the Osteria Acquacheta. A restaurant Giorgi recommended. We look forward to our next stay in Montepulciano and will definitely stay in Giorgio's home again as well!'

'This property is very special. The view is amazing and the house itself has been beautifully renovated but retains the old world feel. The rooms are huge and it has everything you could ask for. 'Owner was very attentive. A few surprises- no hot water, heating was expensive. Location could not be beat. Make sure you have euros to pay tourist tax to owner when checking out!'

'Even though it is a little difficult to access due to the fact that it is in the LTZ, that is the price you pay to stay in the quaint old section of town with unparalleled views. 'The apartment is large. Basically 3 separate rooms. 2 on the second floor and 1 on the 3rd floor. I would not recommend for someone that cannot do steps, especially the third floor bedroom, as the bathroom has 3 steps to get down to it. It was a beautiful bathroom but just be aware. I cannot say enough about the host, Syed! He bent over backward to transport us to where we wanted to go. (We did a cooking class about 15 minutes from the city! I highly recommend.) 'We loved our stay here. The views from the roof terrace were amazing. The apartment was clean and comfortable. It was also cool. We were there during some of the hottest days and the air conditioning was lovely. The location was great. The apartment was truly a great stay.'

'The room has excellent views in a space that oozes character. The shared spaces and rooftop terrace were a very cool added bonus. We stayed in the blue suite and found it spacious and comfortable. The only slight issue was a faint odor coming from the second bedroom. We didn’t use that room and closing the door solved the problem for the rest of the suite, but it is worth noting. I know some people will complain that it is on the third floor and there is no lift, but frankly if this is an issue...
