Villa's in Moneglia

'Communicatie met de verhuurder was erg moeilijk. Reageerde niet op onze mail, appjes of telefoontjes. Verder moesten wij enkele minuten voor de poort wachten, terwijl de eigenaar op het terras zat'

'Een prima compleet uitgeruste woning met gedeeltelijk overdekt terras met eettafel en stoelen. Vanaf het terras prachtig uitzicht over de baai en omgeving. In de slaapkamer (met het 2-persoonsbed) hoor je het geluid van de brekende golven van de zee, en regelmatig een langsgaande trein.'

'Wer Ruhe und Natur liebt ist hier richtig. Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet, es ist alles da was man braucht. Die Vermieter sind super nett und die gesamte Abwicklung war sehr unkompliziert. Der Ausblick auf Rapallo ist grandios. Der Olivenhain rund ums Haus gleicht einem botanischen Garten. Pflanzen-Interessierten geht das Herz auf. Alleine der Aufstieg zum Haus ist sehr anstrengend und daher nur was für fitte Leute! Gepäck und Einkäufe können glücklicherweise mit einer Seilbahn nach oben...

Zeer rustige ligging en een hele goede uitvalsbasis voor de omgeving van La Spezia tot aan Genua. Het contact met Barbara verliep meteen vanaf het begin erg soepel en vriendelijk. 'perfect location if you want to visit conque terre, but you don't like the crowds all day! Deiva is a quiet village, with restaurants and supermarkets. Amd a train station for gast access to the conque terre. You don't need a car.'

Sylvie recommended the restaurant, Peppen and it was the best place we have eaten in a long time. The owner was gracious and fed us way too much wonderful food. 'The house is really ready for renovation. A lot is damaged or just old. Especially the kitchen. The gym does not work at all. Beside this there are several appartments attached to the house which are full of people. They have access to the garden of the house and make noise and have a dog who also walks in the garden.'

'Huset var mycket vackert beläget men inte helt lätt att ta sig till. Mycket brant backe och kan bli svårt med en stor bil. Bra parkering vid huset. Städning mycket bra och fräscht hus. Vi har tidigare hyrt hus i Italien vid några tillfällen, men aldrig tidigare så bra utrustning i köket och välfungerande duschar med varmvatten. trevliga värdar. 'Mooie locatie. Geen voorzieningen op loopafstand dus altijd met de auto over bochtige wegen. Google maps stuurt je over hele smalle wegen naar Moneglia.'
