De slaapkamer is ruim en het bed is ook heel comfortabel. Tevens een goede badkamer met alle benodigdheden. Met de auto ben je snel bij diverse supermarkten en restaurants en ook binnen 15 minuten ben je in Hollywood. Wij hebben het heel erg fijn gehad in dit appartement! '

'My family and I were really surprised when we arrived. We felt very welcomed. The apartment was very clean and very spacious. Beds were comfortable. It was very quiet in the complex. We had our own parking space and the residents were friendly. I would highly recommend staying at this location. I would stay here again in the future. 5 ⭐️'

'I loved my stay! I stayed for about 3 weeks and the location is great - east walk to downtown and in a very safe area. I was a solo female traveler and I felt very safe the entire stay. The place was also so clean, comfortable bed and living area. I also used the laundry and had issues with the dryer properly drying but that’s all. I would highly recommend.'

'The place was very clean and it was in a good neighborhood - very safe. Two different doors to get inside as it’s a shared double unit place. The cons would be the beds were uncomfortable and then the place needs some hand towels in kitchen/baths.'

'My husband and I absolutely loved this charming pool cottage! It’s in a very family friendly neighborhood and close enough to the action without being in the chaos of downtown. We loved ending our nights in the hot tub with a cold beverage, perfect way to end the night! The host was super friendly and we loved having treats to give his sweet dog when we saw him. We would definitely rent again if we are in the area!'

'Great 2-bedroom apt for an LA-area stay. Centrally located, easily accessible from either 10 or 405. Well-stocked, especially freshly ground coffee. Be aware, no laundry in-house.'

'This apartment is not suitable for 6 persons ! There are 2 bedrooms with queen beds. But 2 must sleep in the living room : 1 on an uncomfortable air bed and 1 must sleep on the couch. (not on a sofa bed, but on a normal couch !! also very uncomfortable !!). And owner is not helpful.'

'We really enjoyed our stay at Frank’s beautiful home. It’s close to the beach (including a great bike/walking path), and a great location for drives to other beachside communities. The garden is beautiful and would be a perfect spot for relaxing and outdoor dining if the weather permits. A few good restaurants are also within walking distance. Frank was easy to communicate with and overall we had a great stay. Thank you Frank!'

'This place was fantastic! Would recommend and come back 10/10! Although I would say this place is not for everyone; if you’re easy going this place is perfect! You really can’t ask for much when staying literally on the water but I would say this place has everything you need to survive and have a good time! 'We were pleasantly surprised with the view as soon as you open the door!! WOW!! The property manager was helpful except when it came to asking for help with the garage opener! Don’t be mislead by the 3 bedrooms cause it is only 2 with a bed in the living room area. The master is very hot and musky with not enough AC vents. The fan in the master is broken with only 2 out of 3 blades so it shakes really bad and can’t be used. Overall, we probably wouldn’t stay again because we really needed the 3...
