'All the staff we met were extremely friendly and helpful. The spa area was very convenient and well maintained. We ate in the Pantry several times and the food was delicious. A variety of cocktails and mocktails were also on offer. The garden area is beautiful and has lots of available lawn games. Overall, the hotel provides a wonderfully relaxing experience.'

'Nice brand new hotel. Only twee weeks ago opened their doors as they said. Staff is really doing the best to make you feel well. We found our room nice and modern, just a little bit small for two persons and a child of 11 years. The mattress in the child bed was really hard! Another (small) issue was that the hotel does not have a car park. We were not prepared for that and were driving around the area a few times until we found Southgate Shopping Centre Car Park. Quite ok, I think about 13...

'We were greeted by Chris when we checked in after long day exploring Cotswold. We decided to stay in and booked a reservation for dinner. We had steak and Seabass and both meals were cooked to a perfection. All the courses were delicious from starter to dessert. 'Overall a great place to stay if exploring the area. Our room was spacious and comfortable. The large bathroom had a walk-in shower and lovely roll top bath. Very cosy bed and good quality linen. Tea, coffee and water tray provided. Some biscuits would have been nice. Negative was the room was very warm and we could not open windows. Excellent breakfast but limited menu in the evening, for example, no chicken dishes for anyone who doesn’t eat red meat or fish. Deserts not home made and clearly...
