'We were visiting grandparents that live close by. The lodge is brand new, very comfortable and much bigger than expected. We really enjoyed our 2 night stay and the hot tub was an added bonus that we all enjoyed! We would definitely stay again.'

'As described, this is a lovely little garden room with a private outlook from the excellent balcony. The host was extremely nice and helpful, and it is very convenient for the frequent buses into Brighton. Nice takeaway food nearby too.'

'We stayed in this little cabin by the woods for a month and it was fantastic: quiet, peaceful. comfortable and refreshing. Jeremy was a great host and helped us with anything we needed. The location is just delightful for sitting on the verandah with a cuppa or a glass of wine and watching the heron and the kingfisher on the pond. If you are looking for a break from the constant demands of daily, working life, this is the place for you.'

Absolutely loved the outside kitchen… even though it rained relentlessly on the night of our stay the kitchen and outdoor dining was such fun. Kitchen kit was plentiful and well thought out.. shame it wasn’t fire pit weather! However, we had the best time and look forward to returning before too long.. thank you for a great weekend stay.'

'Directions to property were easy to follow. Eugene made himself known to.us ensuring we had everything we required. House was beautifully presented and spotlessly clean. My 6 ft 4 sons found the low bedroom ceilings challenging. However we were aware of this before we rented the property. Would not hesitate to recommend for a peaceful retreat. Beautiful sussex countryside.'
