Strandhotels in Groot-Brittannië

'Still a great hotel but things have definitely slipped since my last few visits. Slow check in, bathroom extractor fan not working, partially blocked bath and faulty lights. All small problems but it does point to slipping standards. I’ll give it one more go, based on previous experiences but might have to find another favourite hotel for my trips to Blackpool if things remain the same. '

'We got a message after the reservation was done about the bar/club. The noise was louder than we thought. The window in the room can use some new paint, and the ceiling in the bedroom could use some new plaster. The window was a but drafty'

'Net hotel.. Boven een klein beetje doolhof 2e etage.. nooduitgangen goed aangegeven.. Nette hotelkamer met koffie/thee/choco/koekjes... schampoos/zeepjes- TOP verwacht je niet voor een 30 euro kamer.. Was even zoeken zonder Navigatie systeem.. kom zeker terug als ik weer in Bournemouth ben.. '

'Het hotel ligt direct aan het strand, niet ver van de ferry naar Wight. Het geheel is wel, net als het overgrote deel van de zuidkust, wat vergane glorie. Prachtige autentieke details (trapspijlen enzo), maar alles een beetje stuk.'
