'Fantastic place with excellent service. The considerate service is fantastic - they are extremely helpful. The chalets themselves are great - clean, comfortable, great amenities. Shuttle serice operated by the hotel takes you anywhere and picks you up within 15 mins. They have a partnership with the ski shop on the slopes where you have a VIP separate room, lockers, and outstanding service. One word of advice - the pool (indoor plus outdoor) is heated, but it’s not jacuzzi-temperature. Overall...

'A fabulous place. Great staff. Great location - just opposite ski lifts, easy to park right by the hotel. Breakfast was excellent and varied and although we didn't eat in the restaurant we had aperitifs by the fire and that was lovely too. A very good stay.'

'Uitstekend hotel voor een trip naar Lac Léman. Vanuit Evian vertrekt de ferry naar de Zwitserse kant van het meer, zodat ook Lausanne gemakkelijk te bereiken is. Montreux is met de auto een half uurtje.Met de shuttle service van het hotel ben je snel heen en weer down town Evian. Lopend is het een kwartiertje op de terugweg steil berg op. Vanuit de kamer een mooi uitzicht op het meer en de besneeuwde bergen daarachter. Een genoeglijke lobby waar het bij het genot van live piano muziek goed...

'El hotel increíble, todo está perfecto menos el desayuno. La verdad la comida muy pobre en cantidad y calidad, y el servicio del desayuno bastante deficiente. Era buffet pero tardaban hasta media hora en volver a poner comida. Creo que estaban superados en su capacidad. Y fue un contraste complicado de entender porque en general el servicio en todas las demás áreas era muy bueno. Y otro detalle fue que se descompuso el elevador y al final no era tanto problema usar la escalera, el problema era...

'We absolutely loved it here. Sharon at the front desk was wonderful - she was so kind and helpful. She recommended a delicious restaurant and beautiful hike for us. She made our stay extra special. The entire property was very lovely and quiet. The view from the room was spectacular. We will be returning, hopefully in the near future! '

'Het hotel hefet op zich alle zaken, die het tot een prettig hotel kunnen maken. Schoon beddegoed, mooie inrichting, maar helaas het hotel lijkt een ziel te missen. Het personeel is niet echt vriendelijk, de menukeuze in het restaurant is erg beperkt. Tijdens ons verblijf hebben we 2 uur in d ebar gezeten, zonder dat er iemand was om iets te drinken te bestellen. Het hotel ligt wel perfect aan de piste. p.s. mijn echtgenoot is 1.97 lang en het bed was duidelijk te kort.....'

'Aangenaam hotel met aanwezigheid van alle comfort. Hotel zelf heeft wel wat opfrissing nodig (tafellakens ontbijtruimte, schilderwerken slaapkamer, ...) Lekker ontbijt met streekproducten. Mogelijkheid om te lunchen en te dineren in het hotel.'
