'Title says it all. Five minute walk to the rear entrance to Carcasssonne Cité. That said, the residence can be described, at best, as Spartan. There is a kitchen, sort of, but you would be hard pressed to cook a meal with the meager equipment provided. And you have to purchase a "cleaning kit" to do the dishes. The bedroom and bath are up a treacherous, steep, narrow stairway, but the toilet is downstairs. Three tiny glasses (supposed to be four) that hold about 50 ml max. If you want to be...

'I travelled with my son and his girlfriend who will be moving here with the goal of exploring the city. Venie was a charming hostess and the location couldn’t be better-with every shop and restaurant you need just around the corner and close to the metro. It worked fine for the three of us who spent most of our time out and about - it is cozy and make sure you are comfortable with a small space if you are traveling with others. Thanks for giving me a lovely intro to Paris!'

'we visited Paris for 3 days, 2 nights. At arrival we contacted the owner and he immediately responded and a friend of him was there within 5 min to open the door. Good explanation about the house rules in English and during our stay we could ask all questions to the owner if needed. The bed was perfect and clean; bathroom could use a bit more cleaning in the corners :-). Shower was very strong and nicely warm. During the night it was very silent and with the shutters down dark as well, so...
