'Our stay was exceptional! “0” complaints! Top notch in every way, the staff went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. They allowed us to checkin early also which was an added bonus! There were 4 of us and we all agreed the stay was exceptional and we had just come from another 5 star resort which was nice but we preferred the stay at the Pink Shell! A fun, family friendly resort! Amazing! We will be back!'

'We booked the queen bed condo, but upon arrival we've found the bed so small (it really is!) we asked for a king bed. Because this is not a regular hotel but one with privately owned condo's we had to pay a lot for an upgrade. We loved the modern equipped apartment with kitchen with dishwasher etc. To our surprise the room was not cleaned during our stay. Luckily the receptionist took thoroughly care of this and gave us the clean towels. She also told us that we were not informed at checkin that...
