'Property was fine, nice and cool and very well situated. 66 steps up to the apartment was challenging and we are fit and able. Lugging suitcases was a challenge , and also at the end of a very hot day out sightseeing doing the stairs was difficult . We loved the central location … it was perfect! Instructions to open apartment door were complicated. We had a great stay and appreciated the bottle of Chianti from our host, Martina, who allowed us a later checkout. Grazie!'

'Fantastic! We would definitely recommend this location. The apartment had everything we needed and it was so clean and modern with touches of tuscany. A small place that had very good use of space that made it feel larger. The location was perfect for walking to all of the sites we wanted to visit and more. We were so close to the river for amazing sunsets, restaurants everywhere and the piazza had some wonderful music every night. '

'It was a great location to walk to the local attractions, a few minutes walk from the Ponte Vecchio, and about 10 to the Uffizi gallery. The only downsides are that it is in a ZTL but that comes with staying in the heart of the city, and you need to take your own separated trashes out to the trash can down the street. That's not necessarily a bad thing, just not accustomed to doing that since we are American. Be aware that the bedrooms are downstairs in a basement and the only way to access is...

'We were greeted by Michael with a smile and he helped us with our luggage when we arrived and when we left. The apartment was wonderful and well appointed. Comfortable bed, coffee machine, tea, and extras we didn’t expect, but was very nice to have. We would stay here again!!'

'The best thing is the location, and the accommodations were good. Having read the reviews we knew what to expect and were not surprised. The downsides were mainly the six flights of stairs and the fact that the bathroom is shared. Antonio was accommodating and offered good advice about what to see and where to eat. A couple things that could be done easily to improve the stay for guests would be to provide some closet and/or drawer space and to have a clear place in the bathroom for a guest...
