'The service was perfect but the mattress on the bed was awful. We had a Queensize bed and on one side was a crazy big indent from another guest(?). The bed was very stiff and uncomfortable. Me and my partner both had backaches from sleeping on that mattress. '

'my husband and i stayed at the hilton for two nights. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay although we felt the drinks were very expensive. Booked a lovely meal for £19.99 per person on our first night. the only downside i wish we had requested a room with a river view, our room looked straight onto a building site, all in all a great weekend away.'
