'A wonderful villa with a magnificent view. Great garden. Plenty of space to spend time in the house. The villa is very cozy and comfortable. Everything you need is available. Located close to the lake and many attractions. Nearby there are good restaurants and one of the best cocktail bars in Italy. The house is in a very quiet location. The hostess was very helpful and friendly. We will definitely come again. We had a marvelous time!! Thanks a lot!'

However some points which we were unaware of before our stay: only the downstairs bedroom, which I’d class as bedroom 3 had air con, no other part of the property had air con. The road leading to the property is single lane and twisty, encountering a vehicle coming the other way is a real problem.
