'We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this lovely villa. Very well equipped, clean and beautifully furnished. Check in was very easy, communication with the property owner was faultless and the location was in nice quiet residential area. 'We rented this apartment with two friends so we both had our own bedroom and bathroom. Very nice, clean and more than enough basics available like towels. Location is close to bars and restaurants, max 10 minutes walk. We did not walk to the beach, probable that's a 10 mins extra. We were in the region to play golf for 3 days so we cannot say anything about the surroundings, but the golf courses were great and close! Thanks Dimitri for letting us stay in your house!'

'It's a lovely place, great values for money! Neat and comfortable, plenty of kitchen amenities which I love to have when traveling with family. The pool is great and super clean. The communication with the owner and the key keeper was outstanding! They were very proactive and provided all the necessary info before check in. Lovely people to deal with. We would definitely recommend this accommodation to everyone!'

'We’ve enjoyed our stay at the appartement in Torrevieja. The appartement has enough space and is fully airconditioned, which was needed looking at the lovely Spanish temperture👌 Especially the big terrace was Nice to have. The garden and pools of the complex where beautiful and clean. Only a 10 minute walk to the Nice Punta Prima beach. It is a Shame that they are building a lot of New appartments, because this is influencing the beautiful sea view.'

'Overall the appartment suited all our needs,had everything you need. It is a little bit further out than we expected but on a good bus route,bus fare only 1.55 cents each per journey which is great. January/ February time there isn't a lot around about that is open. There is an Aldi which is only a 5/10 minute walk away which is handy. Martin was always at the end of a phone for any questions at all,very helpful.'

'Just home from a lovely holiday in this large spacious villa. Air conditioning was great throughout the house other than in the two downstairs bedrooms in the garage which were both very hot but the large fans provided helped. 'The house itself is pretty good, also the equipment is ok. But unfortunately the house was not as clean as expected. Food from prior visitors was left in the kitchen. Dishes where not cleaned properly. Bathroom articles from prior visitors where also left. With a bit more of care, the house could be great.'
