'大変お勧めの宿泊施設です。 アパートメントのベッドルームを借用するタイプの宿泊施設で、キッチン・ダイニング・リビング・ランドリー室も共用スペースとして使えます。バス・トイレはベッドルームに付いています。 とても清潔でセキュリティがしっかりしています。バス・トイレ・照明・クローゼット等々の設備も上等です。昼間は英語を話せるハウスキーパーの方が居り安心です。朝食付きプランの場合はそのハウスキーパーの方が朝食を準備してくれます。私が宿泊したのは高層階だったので眺望も抜群でした。 場所はコロンボフォート駅から南へ２.５ｋｍ程。近くにガンガーラーマ寺院やコロンボシティセンターというショッピングモールがあり、またシナモンガーデンズ地区にも近いので何かと便利です。 （注意ポイント）チェックインは、建物１階のロビーで管理者と待ち合わせて手続きする方式です。事前に管理者から待ち合わせ時間の問合せメールが来ます。予約時に登録した電子メールアドレスを使って、現地で電子メールのやり取りができる様に準備する必要はあります。'

'We have one transit night in Colombo and choose this suit apparyment for family stay. The appartment was very neat and clean as well as secure with all facilities including stat of the art swimming pool. The owner Mr. Don was very helpful and supportive and assist us in all manners. The only drawback is you probably unable to go outside without necessary security access that can be granted during morning time.'

'The apartment was great, and overall the stay was good, but when I arrived, there was still menstruation trash in my bathroom from the prior guest which made me question the overall cleanliness and attention to detail. '

'The information about this hotel was extremely misleading. First of it says has an outdoor pool....there is NO pool!!!! Secondly it advertises FREE airport transfer.....that is also not true. Let me say the family who run the place were lovely & extremely helpful BUT you cannot advertise a pool and free transfer & not provide these things. I think Hotels.com should look at this. Also the hotel is really in the middle of nowhere. They also said Wifi but none was available '

'AWESOME stay - so great we decided to stay an extra night. Kasun is amazing and put us in touch with people that helped us plan our 3 week stay in Sri Lnaka. Extremely spacious apartment for a low price. Even included a washer inside the apartment which was really nice to do laundry. Close to the airport and not a far walk from restaurants. Nice park neaby with volleyball courts, track and more sports with locals nearby. Will definitely stay again before departing from Sri Lanka! '

'Very helpfull staff, but that could not outweight the room. This was very stinky and after complain housekeeping just sprayed some freshner. Didnt work. Also very small pool with not good sun. Next time will stay in kingsburry hotel. '

'The apartment was located in a really good spot, easy to get around. There was lots of room and the beds were really comfortable. Access to a beautiful pool (great place to watch the sunset) and the restaurant prices were reasonable. Security was excellent and it was a great place to come in from the heat and hustle and bustle of Colombo. The owner responded to our enquiries and checked in with us a couple of times. A few suggestions: please provide soap for each bathroom and at least one hair...

'Simpele accommodatie met zeer grote kamers. Zwembad boven op het dak is wel leuk. Verder eenvoudig en redelijk goed. Colombo is niet echt de stad waar je moet zijn.'

'Very happy to find this place. It was clean, spaceous, very quiet, and welcoming. It was also nicely located for shopping, dining, and the beach. They had a little trouble with English. We had ordered a shuttle to pick up our daughter at the airport at 3am and it never showed. That caused a little tension, but luckily it all worked out. Other than that, the guys were very helpful and we had a good time (though Colombo is far from our favorite place in Sri Lanka). I would recommend the place.'

'Staying with family and the place is clean and safe, Also the area is main heart of the city which is walkable to MC and near cafe shops, even malls.'

'The ownerbpaid for a Tuk Tuk & we were taken to a different building where the room we were given doubled as an office for the Thai massage business above us. Although there was double glazing preventing us from being disturbed by the main road, but building works started at 7am & went on until 7pm & a karaoke club started at 10pm Ouroom felt unsecured & our adapter went missing.'

'Worse place. Fake contact numbers given. Unreliable place to chose as an accommodation in Colombo. You will be disappointed'
