'Mooie uitzichten. Minpunt; warmwatervoorziening heeft ernstig onderhoud nodig ivm veel kalkaanslag. Internet zou makkelijk in voorzien kunnen worden door een draadloze verbinding. Dan is het eenvoudig om plaatsen en bezienswaardigheden op te zoeken. In de bars beneden werkt internet free niet. '

'Long time ago we found this feeling good place - I call it ‚a diva‘ - hidden in a beautiful property. The atmosphere is unique. The trees, the space, the view, the aesthetic pool, the peaceful days, the daily easy going kiss your heart. Couldn‘t be better. The family restaurants are cooking the best Italian cuisine you can dream from. Your host is wonderful. Plus his two softly dogs too. I truly recommend SantaMaria. But be sure - it is hard to say goodbye after a while.'

'Bellissima casa in pietra sul fianco della collina, appena sotto il pittoresco paese di Civitella del Lago. Il posto è estremamente tranquillo (e non potrebbe essere altrimenti, visto che per raggiungere la casa bisogna percorrere 5 minuti di strada bianca!), ma allo stesso tempo vicinissimo al paese, dove si trova tutto il necessario (alimentari, farmacia, poste, bar, ristoranti). La casa è circondata da un uliveto, ci sono fichi, altri alberi da frutto e lavanda (tantissima!), rosmarino,...

'We kregen een heel warm welkom door Erin waardoor we ons al gauw thuis voelden. Het huis ligt op een mooie, rustige plek net buiten het centrum van het kleine dorp. Het huis heeft alles wat je nodig hebt en het uitzicht vanaf het buitenterras is werkelijk onovertroffen!! Als we iets wilden weten of nodig hadden konden we Erin appen en ze reageerde al snel. De hele regio, de Val d’Orcia is werkelijk prachtig!! Zeker in de lente. Kortom… een aanrader!!! Rob en Marisca'

'Das Haus liegt etwas abseits, ist jedoch sehr nett und liebevoll eingerichtet. Es verfügt über 2 schöne Bäder, 2 Schlafzimmer, 1 kleine Küche und den Wohnraum. Der Pool liegt ca. 150 Meter entfernt. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und absolut zuverlässig.'

This place is wonderful for the obvious reasons: the view, the pool, the jacuzzi, the copious space, the charming home. But, the secret and most clutch amenity is named Alice. She has exquisite taste and knows everyone and everything surrounding the property. She helped us get to the best butcher, and arrange the tours that truly made our trip magical. 'We had a super nice holiday at this villa. The house is lovely. The kitchen had everything that we needed. There were plenty of towels and extra towels for at the pool. The covered dining area was a perfect place for family meals. We especially enjoyed the peace and quiet of the countryside and the beautiful setting of the villa.'
