Cottages in Umbrië

'Mooie uitzichten. Minpunt; warmwatervoorziening heeft ernstig onderhoud nodig ivm veel kalkaanslag. Internet zou makkelijk in voorzien kunnen worden door een draadloze verbinding. Dan is het eenvoudig om plaatsen en bezienswaardigheden op te zoeken. In de bars beneden werkt internet free niet. '

'We had a very nice holiday! Nadia was terrific and very hospitable. We were very happy that the pool was open, it was nice and warm. We made a nice walk through the olive yard also. The house itself was clean and rustique.'

'Wir haben Rom und Pisa besucht, sehr schön! 2h von diesen stand Ort (Todi), gibt es eine Strandpromenade, die es wert ist besucht zu werden. Es gib aber auch freibäder in der näheren Umgebung und auch leckeres Essen.'

'De locatie is echt uniek, midden in de natuur. Je zit in een olijfboomgaard waar niemand komt behalve wat herten en zwijntjes tussen het geluid van krekels. De eigenaresse is heel aardig en zorgzaam. Geen gedoe met borg of extra kosten. Als tip voor de eigenaar zou ik wel wat extra horgordijnen voor de deur hangen i.v.m muggen. De slaapkamer is overigens wel goed beschermd tegen muggen. I.t.t. de beschrijving is er alleen geen WIFI. Gelukkig hebben we dit kunnen oplossen door ons mobiele...

'Long time ago we found this feeling good place - I call it ‚a diva‘ - hidden in a beautiful property. The atmosphere is unique. The trees, the space, the view, the aesthetic pool, the peaceful days, the daily easy going kiss your heart. Couldn‘t be better. The family restaurants are cooking the best Italian cuisine you can dream from. Your host is wonderful. Plus his two softly dogs too. I truly recommend SantaMaria. But be sure - it is hard to say goodbye after a while.'

'Our host was absolutely wonderful, warm and welcoming. The property was gorgeous and we stayed in the little cottage which was so cute and comfortable. Can't say enough, just loved it. 'Bellissima casa in pietra sul fianco della collina, appena sotto il pittoresco paese di Civitella del Lago. Il posto è estremamente tranquillo (e non potrebbe essere altrimenti, visto che per raggiungere la casa bisogna percorrere 5 minuti di strada bianca!), ma allo stesso tempo vicinissimo al paese, dove si trova tutto il necessario (alimentari, farmacia, poste, bar, ristoranti). La casa è circondata da un uliveto, ci sono fichi, altri alberi da frutto e lavanda (tantissima!), rosmarino,...

'Das Haus liegt etwas abseits, ist jedoch sehr nett und liebevoll eingerichtet. Es verfügt über 2 schöne Bäder, 2 Schlafzimmer, 1 kleine Küche und den Wohnraum. Der Pool liegt ca. 150 Meter entfernt. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und absolut zuverlässig.'

'Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub im Haus. Das Haus hat eine tolle Aussicht auf den See. Leider stören Nachts die Auto auf der Schnellstraße.'

'Gli appartamenti del borgo Aquaiura sono posizionati in modo tale che tutti abbiano la propria privacy grazie alla cura del verde che li "separa naturalmente" anche se vicini l'uno dall'altro ( come e' in un borgo). La pace e la tranquillità regnano sovrane, quanto basta per staccare rilassandosi osservando il verde circostante e ascoltando i suoni della natura.
