Sadly the street directly outside the hotel as you walk to the French Quarter was dirty, lots of trash and spillages on the sidewalk. Some streets locally were cleaned in the morning but not outside the entrance to the Courtyard Marriot '

'Melrose Mansion is a great place to stay in, if you are visiting New Orleans. The rooms are very nice and spacious and have a great look & feel. Our room was very clean, which is quite important to us. Across the street is a bar, which sometimes had some loud guests, which is the only downside we can think of. The breakfast is sufficient and the staff is very kind & helpful. The pool is a nice addition to the overall stay. Highly recommended!'

'We recently went to New Orleans for a short vacation and chose to stay at Roami purely by chance. It turned out to be an excellent decision. The property is beautifully modern and spacious, with a large bedroom and living area. My daughter and I stayed together and found it very comfortable. 'We enjoyed our stay there but we reported that the knob to control the refrigerator was broken and that there was a little mold in the corner of the shower. We actually told the housekeeper first, then a young woman at the front desk and then we spoke to Jerry who said he would have it taken care and no one ever came. Also we had to keep getting out room keys reprogrammed which was a little inconvenient especially after coming in from being out all day and you to to your room and can’t get in'
