'Das Badezimmer ist äußerst winzig und der Boden gehört vielleicht öfter mal aufgewischt. Dennoch ist die Anlage sehr gut durchdacht (Codes zum Öffnen der Tür, etc.), großer und sehr schöner Aufenthaltsraum und die Kommunikation hat super geklappt. Aufgrund der Nähe zur Accademia aber sehr gut gelegen. Vielleicht kommen wir wieder mal 😀'

'Lovely apartment in central location. Clean, comfortable beds. The only drawback is we had the attic apartment which has a (locked) door leading to the apartment below and from there you can hear every single conversion of the occupants and use of the kitchen. A part from that lovely place and affordable for Venice. '

'Heerlijk appartement op mooie centrale locatie met echte Italiaanse bars en restaurants om de hoek. In laagseizoen helemaal fijn en goede prijs-kwaliteit verhouding. Zeer complete inrichting, schoon en goed bed. Bij vijfdaags verblijf werd tussentijds schoongemaakt, bed opgemaakt en schone handdoeken - super. Prachtig terras op het dak, bij het appartement op de vijfde verdieping, met mooi uitzicht over de stad. Gebouw heeft lift, dus vijfde verdieping geen probleem ;-)'

'My party only stayed for 2 nights, so this apartment was adequate for our needs. There is only a/c in the bedroom and nowhere else, so we could not hang out in the living room. It was fine for us because we were pretty much gone all day. Beds were comfortable. Communication was challenging at times as we tried to arrange transportation to and from the airport, but all worked out in the end.'

'Prachtige, schone en sfeervolle etage vlakbij Palazzo Fortuny. Dit appartement is heerlijk vanwege fijne keuken met alles erop en eraan en met rustige en smaakvolle woonkamer. Eindelijk eens een mooie informatiemap en paraplu waaruit ware betrokkenheid met de gasten blijkt. De supermarkt is 2 minuten lopen en de wijk kan niet beter. Op de achtergrond een zeer gastvrije Eva op de achtergrond. Zij hielp ons met het verkrijgen van de sleutel, was superaardig en behulpzaam in de omgang. Wij danken...

'The location is ideal a few minutes from San Marco and the Accademia and close to a vaporetto stop with easy access to the airport. Martin was a most congenial host meeting us on the dock and responding quickly to questions. The decor is comfortable and luxurious. This is a true rental by owner rather than the more usual sterile apartments rented out by real estate companies. Minimal cooking options with a small refrigerator appropriate for breakfast but not much else.'

'Leuk appartement in een super leuke buurt, dicht bij alles, maar toch genieten van de rust en schoonheid van Venetië. Heel dicht bij Vaporetto's en leuke restaurants. In het appartement is alles aanwezig, koelkast, wasmachine, kleine oven. Wij kozen om telkens in de buurt te gaan eten, heel gezellige en betaalbare restaurantjes aan het water. Geen airco, maar de ventilators brachten nodige afkoeling. Zeker een aanrader!'

'This is an excellent apartment. Not big but the five of us felt really at home. Cosy decorated by Luigi and Antonello. The beds are excellent! Only 30 metres from the San Marco square but in a little street just beside the busy street. Very quiet during the night. When I return to Venice this wil be my apartment to book. 'Beautiful apt with windows opening onto canal. Needed better instructions on how to enter codes at gate and doors. Need instructions on how to operate washing machine and more space to hang clothes. Absolutely need GPS to find your way to this apt. We walked, with luggage, to apt but beware you go up and down lots of stairs on the way there. '

'Very noisy homes. If you are lucky, you get a good spot of your mobile home. When you are not so lucky and get a spot at the road, pool, showers or otherwise you are in for a nasty surprise. We could sleep for maximum of 6 hours before it sounded like people were walking thru your bedroom. Not a relaxing place. It's a shame, since the mobile homes themselves are fine. '
