Villa's in Cala d'Or

'We stayed here for one month with our three little children. The place looks exactly like the pictures, it’s clean, comfortable and has everything you need. The location is great just a short walk to the restaurants, stores, marina and beach. Check-in and communication with the property owner was all fast and smooth. Some small issues to be solved were dealt with accurate a quick. We would stay here again for sure! Had an amazing month!'

'Het is een groot huis met meer als voldoende leefruimte. Mooi zwembad en tuin. Lekker rustig en de restaurants op loop afstand. Wij hebben daar een geweldige vakantie gehad ondanks het mindere weer.'

'Wir haben eine wundervolle Woche mit Freunden in der Villa Sa Gavina verbracht. Die Lage der Villa ist unbeschreiblich schön; InfinityPool und Ausblick auf die Bucht einfach traumhaft. Der wundervolle Außenbereich macht die kleineren Mängel im Inneren wieder wett. Die Küche incl. Ausstattung wären verbesserungsbedürftig. 'Huis ligt op een mooie locatie. Helaas slecht onderhouden en pover uitgevoerd. Wij constateerden de volgende zaken ( foto’s beschikbaar): - dunne boxspringmatrassen met duidelijk voelbare veren. Zonder meer slecht om te slapen. - slaapkamer beneden inbouwkast stinkt naar schimmel en vocht. Niet te gebruiken. In ladekast lagen nog sokken van vorige bewoners. - badkamer beneden geen enkele mogelijkheid een handdoek, kleding op te hangen. Geen afleg voor toiletspullen. Moet je op de grond...

'Das Haus liegt wunderbar ruhig und dennoch in direkter Nähe zur schönen Cala Petita und zum Restaurant/Barviertel von Cala d'Or. Wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen!'

'This well equipped Villa is in a fabulous quiet location in Cala D'or yet only a5 minute walk down a slight hill to the Marina and 5 minutes in the other direction to the centre with numerous bars and restsurants. A small Spar Supermarket is very convenient and a larger Eroski is anout 10-15 minute walk away. Maria and family were super hosts so friendly and the welcome pack were a lovely touch. 'Lovely villa in a great location, convenient for shops, bars and beaches. Well organised check in/out, very accommodating and helpful. My only comment is the bbq area is not a very social space which we did not use as much as hoped, dark as under large trees with no lighting, bbq needs to be moved nearer the pool and villa'

'We have just returned from a wonderful week at Villa Binimelis, travelling as a nine person family ranging from 10 months to 62 years. Plenty of room space, and very well equipped. Fantastically positioned for everything - beaches, shops, bars and restaurants all within 5 minutes walk, yet very quiet area. 'Wij hadden premium appartement en deze was zeer ruim. Echt een familiepark waarbij voornamelijk ouders met kinderen zijn. Erg relaxed. Ontbijt en avondeten waren prima (wel standaard patat, pizza, pasta). Verbetering zou een glijbaan of speeltje zijn in het zwembad voor jonge kinderen.
