'Good points: location is convenient to LA, Hollywood and Universal Studios. Free shuttle to Universal is a big plus (remember to reserve well ahead of time). The pool area and the sun deck are a great place to lounge. Rooms are good enough with decent beds. Bad points: walls of rooms are thin and there may be a lot of noise. Parking spaces are built for 1950s cars and are small for today’s size of cars. My main negative point was that the hotel charged us a ridiculous amount for a new bed sheet...

'Good customer service everyone was friendly and helpful, beds were a little firm not comfortable to sleep, I loved the appliances kitchen, fridge and stove and the two split rooms in one. The free breakfast was really good!'

And the staff was very pleasing and kind — front desk very kind and welcoming … had a night cap and the bartender young lady was so sweet and friendly .. oh a Maria at the cafe was just as sweet pleasant friendly … thank you , we’ll be back for sure '
