'We have been using vrbo for years and this is the first time that we were welcomed personally by Bennett - the property manager who gave us a tour and answered our questions and concerns about the property. The furnitures, appliances/electronics, bed linens, kitchen equipments/utensils are good quality. The pool and spa was everyone's favorite to hang out and the temperature can easily be controlled with the Ipad. We will definitely highly recommend this property to our family and friends.'

'I booked this property to decompress after the Stagecoach country music festival. It was amazing. The grounds were gorgeous, the views were amazing, and it was right down the street from the best beaches in Malibu. Highly recommend trying Vintage Grocers if you book a stay here. Great food. The Burrito bowls are delicious.'

'Our daughter is a graduating high school senior. We gifted her a trip anywhere in the US. She chose Los Angeles and she selected this place. It was heavenly! Looks even better than the pictures! A safe and lovely neighborhood. We were able to walk down to Hollywood Blvd on a few occasions. It was centrally located to all our activities during our stay. The home was very clean and comfortable. A little bit of LA luxury!'

My check-in time was 4:pm but i got message extra ly at 4 pm and saying that tell them 30 min before the arrival…… And no fork and spoon……………………. Other than that good place to stay'

'I really liked my stay. The location is great on the well known Venice Beach Boardwalk, the beach is literally 5 steps away. On the rooftop you can chill as well with a great view. Rooms are nice as well, beautiful bathroom and good bed to sleep in when you are not out in Venice and/or Santa Monica.'
