'Excellent: very cozy hotel, authentic but very clean. Great location'

'The property is lovely but as you would expect with a historic home it was missing some modern conveniences. There weren’t enough plug ins for all your electronic devices to charge by the bed. There is some signs of foundation issues and the room we stayed in was pretty small with the bathroom being a bit bigger than two phone booths. Overall it was charming but I was glad we only were staying one night.'

'Loved this place & its quirkiness. You definitely need to notice the fine print which I may not have fully but isn’t a true B&B. However, there are plenty of free breakfast continental items and specialty coffees and teas for your enjoyment. Self service what you want and how ever much you want. Snacks and drinks always available. Saw a staff member 1 time in almost a 2 days; however, the modern & convenient text service works fantastic!! I did have to use & got immediate responses. 'The Sweet Biscuit Inn lived up to its name! The property was lovely and the room was wonderful. We stayed in # 5. The view of the front lawn and gardens is beautiful and so peaceful. Our breakfasts were delicious and we found our way around Asheville quite easily. I would highly recommend staying here. We will if we come to this area again.'

'The property was located in the wonderful historic district of older homes within a meandering street of beautiful homes and lush greenery. The Abbington was a well maintained property, the hosts were wonderful, the rooms were great and the breakfasts were delicious. We would definitely recommend this B&B to our friends.'
