'Wat een geweldige ervaring! Een prachtig gebied en een geweldige manager! Bij binnenkomst een zeer vriendelijke man met een glimlach op zijn gezicht. Nihal, de manager, verteld je met alle liefde over zijn land en over de Do's en de Dont's. Hij geeft jou het gevoel van vakantie en een beetje meer! Het hotel heeft een geweldig uitzicht op de Ella Rock. Het gebied is adembenemend om te gaan wandelen en was in onze ogen het mooiste van Sri Lanka. '

'Wow, what a place! Loved our room with patio and the views were just to die for. Great view of the Ella waterfall which you could hear from the property. The owners were lovely and very helpful. Lovely cup of tea on arrival and water whenever you need it. Breakfast was amazing and huge. Couldn't ask for a better place to stay in Ella as it was nice and peaceful and oh, did I mention those views!'

'We spent 3 nights there with my family of 5 in two rooms. We found the location difficult to find on the evening we arrived as it was dark and raining. When we arrived we were met by the owner and his staff who helped us with the bags to the room. Given the location we were met by lots of bugs near the room entrance as the hallway lights were on. The owner was helpful and quickly sprayed bug repellant. The room itself was basic but super clean. We were surprised there wasn’t any air...

'When we got to the hotel they 1st said they didn't do hotel's. Com so i was about to cancel my credit card as i thought i had been scammed had i done so it would have been very inconvenient. 'Prima hotel op fijne locatie. Lopend naar nine arch bridge gegaan. Ook de mainstreet is op vijf minuten loopafstand. De locatie zelf bevat ruime kamer. Prima badkamer met fijne regendouche. De kamer zelf is erg ruim. Balkon viel qua oppervlakte tegen en deel je met twee andere kamers ( dan is de oppervlakte prima). Bed was prima. Ontbijt vers fruit, brood met jam, gebakken ei en Sri Lankaanse specialiteit. Basic maar wel goed.'

'This place is magical! Truly a stay in the jungle. There’s no road to the cabin so the last part you have to walk on the railway. However the staff were really helpful and carried our suitcases the whole way - so do recommend to pack lightly. The place was amazing and the staff were so kind and helpful. Highly recommend! '

'Der Weg zur Unterkunft führt erst mal über einige stufe. Jedoch beleuchtet und mit Geländer. Empfangen wird man von einem etwas in die Jahre gekommenen Gebäude und spritzbetonboden. Davon sollte man sich aber nicht abschrecken lassen. Ich wurde sehr herzlich empfangen, hatte ein großes, helles und sauberes Zimmer mit Zugang zu einem umlaufenden Balkon/Terasse wo man morgends sehr schön frühstücken kann.
