'The airco was most of the week not working in our room and therefore it was really to hot on the hotel room. We asked for this services, but it was not done. The buffet for lunch and diner was closed because the hotelmanagement decided that there were not enough guests in the hotel to prepare lunch and diner buffet. I think this was not a guest-friendly decision. We could only use the fine dining restaurant which we did for 1 night. The food there was low quality and extremely high price, so...

'The place was great. Cleanly facilities and well stocked with all amenities. Ronald greeted us and was quite friendly and helpful. The location was very close to the airport, malls and food etc. However on the last night of our stay, there was a rather loud pool party with non - guests. I'm assuming it was friends & family of the owners. We werent informed and we were simply subjected to the loud music and the loud personalities of the other guests until maybe around 1am'
