'Goed gelegen net buiten centrum Banff. Accomodatie is verouderd. Van buiten ziet het er netjes uit. Interieur is hard aan renovatie toe. Prijs-kwaliteit niet in verhouding.'

'Very Nice, quite well appointed. five of us stayed here and had a great time. Comfortable and functional, Some of the pots and pans needed to be cleaned before using, but other than that the place was very clean. the facility has a nice sized hot tub! and we took advantage of the BBQs'

'Nice spacious apartment. Well equipped kitchen. Two large bedrooms and bathrooms. Can sleep 6. Private gas BBQ on balcony as a bonus - worked well. Most staff friendly and helpful, one less so. Only issue is internet: it's there but practically not useful due to breaking of connection and extremely slow speed (probably an under-dimensioned connection).'

'The last time I had to take a selfie with my ID in hand was when I wanted to buy Bitcoin. The booking process was frustrating, with several hidden charges. When I contacted hotel.com for a refund, they redirected me to the property desk, which then sent me back to hotel.com. It was clear they didn't care about resolving my issue. On a positive note, the property itself was excellent, like a brand new house.'

'Love that the resort was understanding of our need to arrive at a later date because of Transportation issues. Our condo was so comfortable, and the large screen and fireplace in the loft area were so nice. We really enjoyed our stay. We wish the restaurant had been opened… maybe next time.'

'The property and the staff was wonderful. The only issue was we had reserved a cabin with the a loft and we ended up with a two bedroom cabin instead. Asked about being moved, but the cabin was booked. We never understood how we ended up in the cabin without the loft when that was what we had reserved. Other than that, we loved everything about Baker Creek was fabulous.'
