'Keurige schone woning van een zeer attente Ennio met geweldige ligging vlakbij porto servo. Aan het mooie zwembad magistraal uitzicht over de baai. Heerlijk grote barbecue en centrale schaduwrijke eettafel. Ook een dag varen met de boot van Ennio is een aanrader. Woning is keurig netjes. Iedere kamer een fijne eigen badkamer. Standaard keuken. Aandachtspunt is dat aan eind van de huurperiode water- en electraverbruik nog apart afgerekend moeten worden.'

'Romantische accomodatie door ligging op de top van een berg met schitterende uitzicht over zee, het privé zwembad en prachtige zonsondergang. Het huis is erg ruim opgezet met fijne keuken en zitkamer en schoon. De buitengelegenheid is zeer comfortabel met prachtig zwembad, buitendouche, bbq en veel zitgelegenheden. Ideale bestemming voor koppels en families die veel waarde hechten aan privacy.'

'We hebben een ontzettend fijne vakantie gehad. Vanaf het begin een goed contact met Marcellino. Snel antwoord op alle vragen. Hij spreekt en schrijft Nederlands. We kwamen laat aan maar Marcellino stond ons op te wachten en had wat boodschappen neer gezet voor de eerste avond. Het huis is groot met een mooie tuin en een heerlijk zwembad. Het ligt lekker rustig maar op korte afstand van Olbia en de grotere winkels. De keuken is voldoende toegerust om voor 7personen een goede maaltijd te maken....

'Die Beschreibung der Anschrift hat bei Google maps einen anderen Standort ergeben und telefonisch konnten wir uns mangels Sprachkenntnissen mit den Vermietern nicht unterhalten. Es dauerte also ein wenig bis wir das Haus fanden. Dann war alles super und ein sehr angenehmer Kontakt.'

'We really enjoyed our stay, with Riccardo responding promptly to all our questions and providing for a smooth check-in and check-out process. We arrived late due to inclement weather and Riccardo ordered pizza for us to pick up at a restaurant in Palau when everything else was closed. The rooms are well-sized with private bathrooms, the pool has a good size and the property is well kept. The property is very quiet, very relaxing.'

'Tutto quello che serve per rilassarsi a trascorrere la vacanza perfetta in un'oasi di pace. La casa ha il pregio dell'essenzialità in una location più unica che rara. Francesco è stato un supporto comprensivo e amichevole. Una volta arrivati alla casa si trova tutto quello di cui uno ha bisogno per trascorrere una vacanza coi fiocchi. Quest'anno abbiamo trovato posto per un colpo di fortuna, o probabilmente per una disdetta. Speriamo di poterci tornare...'

'This house is perfect , we stayed with 6 people and there was enough room left for privacy. The view from the balcony is astonishing great view on Tavolara island. Everything you need like dishwasher, washing machine, towels etc etc is available. The owner gave us some nice tips and is available for all questions. In the village there is a nice bar where we took a coffee and croissant every morning. Really perfect house !!! For sure we will be back.'

'Leuke buitenplek met zwembad en een gezellige plaats om buiten te eten onder een afdak. Strand en dorp op loopafstand. Bij slecht weer is t wel aan de kleine kant voor 6 volwassenen en 2 kinderen.'

'Milena, die Vorort zuständig ist, war über whatsapp und persönlich, bei Fragen, gut erreichbar. Massimo( Eigner) und Milena hatten auch gute Informationen zu Stränden, Restaurants etc. danke nochmals. Das Appartement, es liegt im ersten Stock, ist über Treppen, von der Aussenanlage aus erreichbar, ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Es ist eingebettet in eine ganze Ferienanlage. Wir waren im Oktober, da war es angenehm ruhig, wie es im Sommer ist kann ich nicht sagen. Ein Auto ist...

'Maison très bien située proche de tout les restaurants boîtes et plages de la région. La maison était impeccablement propre à notre arrivée et entièrement équipée. La climatisation dans les chambre est un vrai confort. La piscine de la résidence est aussi très agréable. Seul point négatif est le fait que le propriétaire ne m'a contacté que le jour d'arrivée, cela m'a donc stressé.
