'We had a very nice first week of our holiday in this apartment that was clean and in a very good location on the Costa Smeralda. The apartment is not big (I think about 50m2), but it has a good layout and also a very nice covered balcony overlooking the sea. 'Abbiamo soggiornato la notte di Capodanno, struttura nettamente troppo piccola per quattro persone, doveva essere un appartamento con camera da letto e due bagni invece era a malapena un monolocale con letto matrimoniale e divano letto tutto nella cucina, locale nettamente sporco e poco attrezzato! Unica nota positiva la posizione centrale. '

'We had a perfect stay at Germana's appartment in Marinella. The location is amazing, right on the beautiful beach and amazing views from the balcony. The apartment is fully equiped with everything you might need and it was very clean too. My son enjoyed the pool in the afternoon after a morning at the beach. We will definitely come back.'

'Maison très bien située proche de tout les restaurants boîtes et plages de la région. La maison était impeccablement propre à notre arrivée et entièrement équipée. La climatisation dans les chambre est un vrai confort. La piscine de la résidence est aussi très agréable. Seul point négatif est le fait que le propriétaire ne m'a contacté que le jour d'arrivée, cela m'a donc stressé.
