'Me and my wife stayed one night. Giuseppe was very friendly and gave us tons of information prior to our arrival. Parking can be found within a few mins walk of this lovely apartment, that is located in a perfect spot if youre looking to enjoy palermo especially the night life. The apartment is the perfect size for any traveling couple. The apartment was very clean and very secure. Plenty of amenities. Will definitely be staying again if in Palermo. Thanks Giuseppe.'

'As a family we have had an excellent holiday in this apartment. The beach just outside the house. The house itself is very new and very well equipped. Very clean and with a good kitchen, a nice terrace and another large area to eat outside next to the barbecue. The rooms had airconditioning so not too hot during the night. And Paolo the owner helped us out with any question we had. In short a very good place to stay.'

'Perfect location 2min walk to city! Hot Water and WiFi was arranged after a few day's. From then all was perfect. Only negative thing I can think of is that there are no real windows-with-a-view, although there is some daylight.'

'The house was oldfashioned, but it was very charming with a lot of history behind it. The manager Giovanni was very friendly, and the owners of the house (Riccardo and Maria) were also very kind and gave us a warm welcome in their house.'

'We spent 9 days in this beautiful home in March of 2024. Everything was spotlessly clean and the whole home had been freshly painted. Communication with Antonio was easy and he even made dinner reservations for us at the restaurant down the road. We were able to do several day trips from this location close to Palermo but the best hours were spent on the terrace watching the fishing boats, paddlers, sailboats etc out on the sea.
