'First we had a room at the street side. The window did not close well and we did not sleep because of the noise. We asked and got another room which was very nice of the staff! In this room everything was perfect. Rooftop breakfastarea is really nice in the morning. The location of the hotel is excellent! In the middle between the center and the romantic zone.'

'I of course did not expect much for the low price I paid for the accommodation in Zona Romantica. But the modest facilities in my room were quite weary / not maintained properly. It was a unpleasant surprise to find out that the only window in my room was looking into a covered patio, which meant no direct sunlight in the room. I would personally not recommend this hotel, unless you are on a really low budget and/or do not care much of the condition of your accommodation, but still want to stay...

'Room was lovely met our needs . Pool fabulous but it had a lot of rules . Could not bring your own refreshments or food . At a condo I would have thought I could . The walk is exhausting even with the little funicular up the steep part . Staff were always friendly and accommodating as best as they could . Check in was in a separate building, from the pinnacle I was staying at . Over all we did enjoy our stay . Glad we had a car . '

'Fantastic location. I would totally come back here. The place is nice and they keep it clean, desk staff were lovely, roof top kitchen and hammock. They have cute friendly cats. The bed is a bit firm but I slept well enough. The kitchen could be better stalked with some basics like oil, salt etc but there’s a fridge, microwave and gas cook top. All in all I would totally recommend it.'
