The room looked pretty nice, but bathroom was dated and showering in the bathtub behind a somewhat dirty curtain is not what you'd expect in a 5 star hotel that charges 5 star rates. 'Wij hebben een geweldig verblijf gehad in dit geweldige 5 sterren hotel. Vanaf dat je aankomt laten de medewerkers je thuis voelen, alles klopt aan dit hotel. De kamer (familie kamer) faciliteiten (zwembad, fitnessruimte enz) en medewerkers alles is top. Locatie is dichtbij diverse restaurants en malls. Mochten wij weer in manila komen dan zouden wij zeker weer voor dit hotel kiezen. '

'The hotel is good, but impractical. Because it is shared with the casine you always need to use a shuttle to get to the parking. You also always need to go through security check to enter the hotel. 2 elevators are not enough to cater for all the visitors of the hotel AND the casino at the same time. But at least it was the only hotel during our trip that was completely well maintained. For people who ONLY want to visit the City of Dreams this is hotel is probably perfect.'
