'The hotel facilities are obviously outdated. The rooms we were attributed upon arrival were just disgusting - block 6. The upgraded room we stayed in for 1 night - we refused to stay in block 6 - was only of low quality too. As we were finished with the hotel and ready to checkout we were then provided with 2 newly refurbished appartements - each 2 bedrooms/2 bathrooms! The lovely Angelica from guest relations absolutely put in her best effort to still sort out our holidays at the resort...

'Mooie ligging met prachtig uitzicht op de baai van Kalami. De suite was boven verwachting en het personeel is zeer vriendelijk. Kalami is gelukkig nog niet heel toeristisch. Vanuit hotel direct aan het strand met leuke tavernen. Ligbedden en horecagelegenheid van het hotel aan het strand prima en zeer goed verzorgd. Ontbijt idem. Terrein van hotel is mooi en schoon met vele speelse trappen die naar verschillende gebouwen met de kamers leiden. Zwembaden ook mooi. Kortom een aanrader.'

'Didn't feel the need to leave the hotel as you can be either at the beach or at the pool in less than 5mins. We prefer a pebbled beach and loved going snorkeling, however check for jellyfish before going in the water! Food and drink all day long, lovely staff! Thank you all 😀'
