'Het was er bloedheet in de slaapkamer terwijl de CV uitstond ((waarschijnlijk door vloerverwarming) zelfs met de ramen open was het snachts soms gewoon niet te harden. Ook in de centrale ruimtes stonden de ramen non stop open omdat het anders te warm werd (in oktober). Ook was het heel erg gehorig. Iedere voetstap op de gang kreeg je mee. '

'All the horrors of the film the Shining but without the grandeur of that hotel in the movie. We booked a 4 person (family room) and 4 beds is what we got. But they had put these beds in a 2 persons standard room. So it was absolutly crapped and packed with no space for anything else. One of the beds was a sleeping sofa with a uncomfartable matrass.Our view was on a big LED billboard just 10 metres form our window that flickered all night long through the curtains. We had a terrible noise from 10...

'The staff was very friendly and helpful. The city centre is a 35 - 40 minute walk. You can also take the bus which stops 5 minutes walking distance from the hotel. The rooms aren't very special but will do for a short stay'

'Thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. I stayed in the Mansion House which had a lovely rustic feel but was also very clean and modern. The whole site had a lovely feel and the other building with the pool etc looked very modern and also had some nice cosy seating areas. We didn't use any facilities but had a look around and everything looked brand new! Would love to stay here again. '

'Kamer nr 6 was klein evenals het bed maar schoon en goed in orde. Eigenlijk keek je tegen een muur vanuit het raam. De mevrouw die schoonmaakt, was erg aardig en gaf ons een verloopstekker. Heel vriendelijk. '

'Perfectly acceptable no-contact lodgings for the price, with the benefit of walkability to central Oxford (if you're a good walker). The management was accessible by phone. The procedure for accessing the building and the room (once you are present on the site of the hotel) was clear. Two small suggestions: (1) stop relying on the app to verify identity, as not everyone has a phone that it works on. (2) if you tell guests the kitchen has coffee making facilities etc., make sure the kitchen...

'The first staff was the worst, did not even listen to my question when asked for help and directions. Not really helpful. And they told me that I could not eat at the restaurant. Had to fix something else. For the rest it was nice. Funny great staff in the evening and morning at Breakfast. My regards. 🙏 '
