'We waren er op een vrijdag terwijl er een honkbal wedstrijd was, dus het was erg druk in het hotel. Zeker bij het ontbijt was het zoeken naar een tafeltje. Voor de rest een prima kamer.'

'We were very pleased with every aspect of our stay at Fairfield Inn. We did not arrive until past midnight and were worried about finding safe parking, but that was not a problem at all. The room was equipped nicely, and was exceptionally clean. All staff were very friendly, and we had two random employees ask us about our stay. Breakfast was good with a good variety. We were vry pleased wtih the stay. The late checkout at noon was a pleasant surprise and much apprciated.'

'Rooms were clean. Restaurant and bar were clean and staff was great, Pool area was weird.... It looks like they filled in the hot tub and they still have the sign with the hot tub rules posted to the wall. The pool liner seems like it is ill-fitting and has creases in some areas and bubbled up in areas and was a sensory issue for me and my kids. The pool water was also very cloudy.'

'Has to be one of the most beautiful hotels we have ever stayed at. All of the employees were amazing. And the best amenities. Pool, shuffle board, pool table and the 2nd floor is a beautiful art museum. Rooms were clean with plenty of room'

'The hotel was clean and the staff were extremely helpful. Our only complaint was the parking. When we arrived, the check-in/valet parking was so crowded that we had no where to park. We circled the block a few times and then found off street parking about a block away. After we got checked in, we could park in the garage. Had it been better explained prior to arrival, it wouldn't have been as stressful.'

'Redelijk hitel. Kamers wel ongezellig en clean ingericht! Maar let op...parkeren kost 25$pd!! ...En als je geen auto he t, kijk goed je rekening na! Bij mij elke nacht 15$ gerekendvoor parkeren en ik had geen auto! Beetje naar gevoel van over gehouden . Al me alokhotelmaar voor die prijs wel gezelliger hotels i St Louis. Verder was de bar enkele dagen gesloten pw.'

'Very busy with no much help. My room, mainly bathroom was not wiped cleaned. Sunk facet and door had either soap or toothpaste splattered on it and toilet was not cleaned well. I always bring clorox wipes and wiped them down myself. No one answered front desk when i called. Not enough help at front desk.'

'The location of the hotel is perfect and is very clean and well maintained. The restaurant is expensive so we walked around the corner to Chili Macs for breakfast each day. The cost to park a car per day is expensive enough at $39 but the hotel initially charged me $117 per day ($39x3) for the 3 days for a total of $350 plus tax instead. Luckily I checked the receipt before I left. The hotel overall is very nice and centrally located, but review your receipt upon checkout for erroneous charges!'

'Mooie plek, naast de Gateway Arch. Fijne omgeving dichtbij evenementen en winkels. Comfortabele kamer met fijne bedden en kussens. Tijdens ons verblijf waren 3 van de 4 liften voor o.a. onze verdieping buiten werking. Dit kan niet. Wachttijden enorm lang en collemliftcabines. Dit verwacht je niet bij Hyatt. Verder prima. Ontbijtbuffet kost inmiddels 24 dollar, maar is goed, vers en uitgebreid. '

'Facility was clean but most of the staff weren't very helpful and were slow/no urgency, with the exception of the room cleaners who were very kind. Valet was the worst. The pool was closed for our entire stay because someone broke glass in it, which was irritating that glass would be allowed in the pool area at all. Our kids were really disappointed to not be able to use this amenity. Also, waited over an hour for a bellhop to come assist with bringing our luggage down just for them to never...

'No microwave in the room and paid $100 more at site than I booked online. Other than the $40 for parking not sure why cost was higher'
