'The Property is full of old world charm and very well maintained with all the major amenities provided. The manager was extremely informative regarding dining, entertainment and tourist options. Location is very close to theatre district but be prepared to travel a bit further to if you want multiple dining options. Property has dedicated street parking but can get busy on Fri and Sat nights due to theatre traffic, however, the manager was very helpful in reserving or securing spots for us so no...

'Room and hallways could have been cleaner. Bathroom shower had hair in it, floors didn’t appear vacuumed and mopped very good. Breakfast great. Bartender at evening reception awesome. Side table by chair was missing. Sybergs Restaurant was awful. Location was great. Difficulty with parking Saturday when we arrived. All in all good stay, had everything we needed. Again the staff everywhere was really great.'

'Very nice King suite, comfortable bed, roomy. Ten minute walk to Busch stadium. Went to two night games and walked there and back no problem. Staff was friendly and professional'

'Great historic hotel. Rooms have been updated nicely. Had a soaking tub and a shower. Very clean. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Only knock is lots of surrounding buildings are vacant and boarded up. But we walked to local restaurant and to stadium and back with no problems'

'Redelijk hitel. Kamers wel ongezellig en clean ingericht! Maar let op...parkeren kost 25$pd!! ...En als je geen auto he t, kijk goed je rekening na! Bij mij elke nacht 15$ gerekendvoor parkeren en ik had geen auto! Beetje naar gevoel van over gehouden . Al me alokhotelmaar voor die prijs wel gezelliger hotels i St Louis. Verder was de bar enkele dagen gesloten pw.'

'Be prepared for the dress code standard at this property, collared shirts required at the bar and restaurant no hats in the lobby. you must be well-dressed to lounge in the lobby although it is permissible to traverse the the lobby in street clothes provided you don't work there the rooms are made available to guest but are owned by the Missouri athletic club and it has Country club type rules it's an excellent place to stay but be prepared for this before booking.'

'Good location for Arch and Cardinal game. The room was pretty good. Valet parking was a little slow since only 1 person was trying to do it all. He was working hard, but it was just him.'

'Really unique place and wondefull rooftop'

'Mooie plek, naast de Gateway Arch. Fijne omgeving dichtbij evenementen en winkels. Comfortabele kamer met fijne bedden en kussens. Tijdens ons verblijf waren 3 van de 4 liften voor o.a. onze verdieping buiten werking. Dit kan niet. Wachttijden enorm lang en collemliftcabines. Dit verwacht je niet bij Hyatt. Verder prima. Ontbijtbuffet kost inmiddels 24 dollar, maar is goed, vers en uitgebreid. '

'Several lights in the room did not work, only 1 bottle of water for 3 guests, valet didn’t lock my car that was sitting out front, had to go to desk to remind, breakfast was just ok, but overpriced.'

'When we called to request that someone bring bedding and sheets for the sofa bed upon our arrival, the front desk guy told us, "I don't have anyone available to send to your room." When we asked when the bedding could be delivered, he responded with "Geeez" while hanging up the phone!'
