« GOOD »

« I had a great stay and was pleasantly surprised by how much I enjoyed this hotel! The location was very convenient, with plenty of restaurants nearby. The staff was amazing, especially the two women at the front desk and Ms. Houston in the lobby, who were all incredibly kind and welcoming. The only downside was that the hotel was overbooked, so I couldn’t get my reserved king-size room and had to settle for two double beds. However, since it was just a one-night stay, it wasn’t a major...

« Accueil tres tres tres long »

« Was pleasantly surprised at how spacious and comfortable the room was, and up to date. However, had a few minor housekeeping issues as soon as I checked in. I had to change the towels because they were blood stained, which grossed me out. Then there was hair in the shower and sink. Parking was $10/day plus tax. Overall stay was pleasant minus the poor housekeeping, but the front desk was very accommodating to my concerns. »

« Chambre propre et spacieuse. Hôtel bien situé, parking collé à l’hôtel. »

« Nothing was missing in the room. Friendly staff. Nice neighborhood. »

« Rooms are not maintained properly, air conditioning filters not replaced, horrible smell in the room (humidity, mushroom, ) and in the bathroom (tobacco smell). Only 2 towels, tiny ones, for four people. Damp patches on walls and ceiling. Not a place to stay »

« good location for SouthPark area of Charlotte. Air conditioning issues - didn't allow for people who like to sleep with the air at a low temperature. »
