The rooms on the first floor worked well for various gatherings and games during a rainy New Years Eve. We paid to have the pool heated and that was worthwhile with all but 2 of us using it. « Beautiful, secluded home - I didn't know that was possible in LA:). We've stayed in a lot of VRBOs over the years. This si the first where the photos did not do the size of the home justice. It is very large and very comfortable. We had 9 adults and there was more than enough space.It was kept quite clean - inside and out.The kitchen is nicely equipped. « Had a wonderful stay here. Host was easy to communicate with and provided clear and simple check in and check out instructions. Stayed with family and friends from out of town and enjoyed the locale and the beach. Would recommend! »
